Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at The Social Studio without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
• Track your orders and review past purchases
• Request a return or exchange directly from your account

I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
To reset your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE SOCIAL STUDIO ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Google Pay and Apply Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify.

If you would prefer to place an order by telephone, you can call us on 03 9417 2143 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

WHICH DESTINATIONS DOES THE SOCIAL STUDIO SHIP TO?
We ship automatically to Australia and New Zealand. If you’re wanting to ship to another overseas destination send us an email at retail@thesocialstudio.org to arrange your purchase and get a shipping quote.

IN STORE PICK-UP
If you have selected store pick-up, please note our shop is open Wednesday, 12-5pm and Saturday-Thursday, 12-6pm.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call us on 03 9417 2143 or email retail@thesocialstudio.org for assistance.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days within Australia and 21 days for international orders to decide whether to keep your items.

To initiate a return, either login to MY ACCOUNT and initiate a refund or email us at retail@thesocialstudio.org to let us know what’s coming back.

Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning.
Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item in suitable packaging to get it back safely.

GENERAL
The shop.thesocialstudio.org website is owned and operated by, and is a service of, The Social Studio. These Conditions of Service, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time-to-time, set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use and access the Site.
THESE CONDITIONS CONTAIN WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS (WITHOUT MODIFICATION), YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SITE. In the event of a violation of these Conditions, The Social Studio reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. You are invited to read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

SITE TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

RIGHT TO CHANGE SITES
We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Sites or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Sites, with or without notice; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Sites.
You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or of any service, content, feature or product offered through the sites.

Use of Site: You may access and use the Site solely for your personal use in accordance with these Conditions. The Social Studio guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through shop.thesocialstudio.org website.

PRICES
All prices on the Site are in AUD Dollars. Prices may change without notice. The Social Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the site as a result of an error. If this occurs, The Social Studio will notify the customer by email.

PAYMENT METHODS
The Social Studio uses Shopify as a gateway to process payments from our Site. We also offer Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. For a full list of cards accepted by Shopify, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay please consult their websites.
For security reasons, the billing name and address must match that of the credit or debit card used for payment. The Social Studio reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

THE SOCIAL STUDIO’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GENERALLY
Except for content that is in the public domain, all content, as well as the selection and arrangement of the content, is owned by (or licensed to) The Social Studio, its affiliates or suppliers and is protected by copyright, trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and/or other laws and may not be used, copied or imitated in whole or in part except as expressly provided in these conditions. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these conditions, all rights in and to the content are expressly reserved by The Social Studio.
