Collection: Pey Chi

I’m Pey Chi, 佩绮, not Pey , but Pey Chi - all in one go. My pronouns are she/her. I’m a leo. I was born in the year of the dog (1994) to immigrant Malaysian Chinese parents. I am of Hakka and Hokkien descent - that’s something I’ve had to work hard to be proud of. I’m a multi-disciplinary bad bitch who does ceramics, stick n poke tattys and illustration. I’ve been chronically ill with Topical Steroid Withdrawal since 2014. It’s my aim to build an arts practice that is built on integrity, that is unafraid of colour, that brings brightness into the world - for myself, but for others too.
