Mabu Mabu is a Torres Strait saying that means ‘help yourself.’ We are an Indigenous owned food business on a mission to make native ingredients the hero of the Australian kitchen. Our range of sauces, spices and teas is called ‘Kara Meta.’ In the language of the Meriam People, this means ‘my home.’
Ingredients: Wattleseed, saltbush leaves, bush tomato, lemon myrtle, pepperberries, salt, and garlic powder. Use this blend as a meat rub, on vegetables before roast-ing, or in hearty stews and sauces.
