Balloons come in a range of colours, shapes and sizes. All are balloons, but they are different on the outside. Each coloured balloon inspires different flights of fantasy and fun. What Do I Love More Than My Balloon? is a story of inclusion and acceptance. Through rhythm and rhyme, Linda El Samad presents the beauty of the world made all the more vibrant by our individuality.

What Do I Love More Than My Balloon? presents its message through play and imagination, reminding us that in our uniqueness, we are brilliant. This colourful children's book asks a simple question that encourages children to be proud of who they are and to embrace others. Though some seem different on the outside, our essence is the same.

As a Muslim Australian from a Lebanese background, diversity and inclusivity is something she embraces wholeheartedly. What Do I Love More Than My Balloon? is Linda's first published children's book. With a vision that has been inspired by the teachings of the Quran, she hopes that by using balloons of different colours as a metaphor for skin colour and ethnicity, she will enrich the culture of inclusivity.
